Satisfaction Guarantee
Firm Advice is proud to provide this satisfaction guarantee to you in addition to any guarantees that you may be entitled to under the applicable laws. Firm Advice aims to achieve the highest standards of service and client satisfaction. Accordingly, this guarantee is provided in respect of the legal and corporate products and services delivered by Firm Advice to you and any satisfaction issues arising thereof.
Firm Advice satisfaction guarantee details are as follows:
- If you are not satisfied with our legal and corporate products or services, please contact our team straight away on info@firmadvice.ae. Any request pursuant to this satisfaction guarantee has to be made within thirty (30)calendar days of the receipt of the date of payment made for relevant product or service. Firm Advice will process the issues raised by you under this guarantee within a reasonable time upon the receipt of all relevant information and documents from your side. If your claim relating to the satisfaction is found genuine, we will aim to resolve the claim by addressing the issues to ensure that the relevant product and/or service is delivered to your satisfaction. If we still fail to deliver the relevant product and/or service to your satisfaction within thirty (30) calendar days of the receipt of relevant information and documents from you, we will process the refund in accordance with the terms of this satisfaction guarantee.
- Any out-of-pocket expenses paid by Firm Advice or any government fee paid by you directly or indirectly through Firm Advice will not be refunded as part of this satisfaction guarantee.
- You may note that Firm Advice does not provide any guarantee in connection with the outcome or intended result of the product or service ordered by you with Firm Advice. Any outcome of a legal and corporate product or service may be subject to court interpretation, third party actions, review by government authorities or any change in law that may reduce the effectiveness of the product or service and accordingly is not covered by this satisfaction guarantee.
- Any issues or circumstances that happen to be out of our control cannot be covered by this satisfaction guarantee.
- At Firm Advice, we dedicate our time, resources and professional skills to the best possible delivery of legal and corporate products and services to you. Accordingly, this satisfaction guarantee will only cover issues arising out of the lack of satisfaction caused by Firm Advice itself and not by any third parties including any vendors/service providers.
- The reasons below cannot be treated as related to your satisfaction, and in no circumstances, any request for refund or cancellation for any of these reasons shall be entertained by Firm Advice:
- change of mind or personal circumstances.
- reasons associated with any government, regulatory, registration or third party fee/charges/taxes or other similar amounts payable directly or indirectly by you, whether or not such fee/charges/taxes are notified by us through this website.
- If you wish to cancel any legal and corporate product or service you have originally ordered, you will need to raise a request by email to info@firmadvice.ae within two (2) hours of the payment made to Firm Advice, failing which no request for cancellation shall be entertained. If the cancellation is approved, your paid fee (less any out-of-pocket expenses paid by Firm Advice or any government fee/charges/taxes paid by you directly or indirectly through Firm Advice) will be refunded. No requests for cancellation received either (i) after two (2) hours of the payment made to Firm Advice; or (ii) where the service has already been delivered within the said two (2) hours, shall be entertained.
- If you wish to exchange any legal and corporate product or service you have originally ordered, you will need to raise a request by email to info@firmadvice.ae within two (2) hours of the payment made to Firm Advice. If the exchange is approved, your paid fee (less any out-of-pocket expenses paid by Firm Advice or any government fee/charges/taxes paid by you directly or indirectly through Firm Advice) will be credited to your account with Firm Advice and such amount must be utilized for an alternate legal and corporate product or service provided by Firm Advice. If the fee for the alternate legal and corporate product or service is higher, you will need to pay the difference before we provide you with the new legal and corporate product or service.No requests for exchange received either (i) after two (2) hours of the payment made to Firm Advice; or (ii) where the service has already been delivered within the said two (2) hours, shall be entertained.
- Whilst we aim to take possible steps to ensure that the products and services are delivered in a timely manner, there could be some delay when we use the services of any third parties. Please note that we are not liable for the handling of the document by the third party service providers or in case of delay in receipt of the document.
